Shipping policy
At Tecasto, we currently ship orders within the United States only. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered so you know what to expect after placing an order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM (EST) will be considered received on the next business day and will enter the processing queue accordingly.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Estimated Delivery Time
We currently ship within the United States only.
After your order has been shipped, the estimated transit time is 4–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Our shipping charges are calculated as follows:
- Orders under $80.00: Flat shipping fee of $8.00
- Orders of $80.00 or more: Free standard shipping
There are no additional handling or packaging fees charged after checkout.
Shipping Carrier and Order Tracking
Orders are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS).
After your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address used when placing your order.
If you have created an account on our website, you can also view your order status and tracking information by logging into your account.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Tecasto ships only to addresses within the United States.
We do not currently ship to international destinations, including U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or freight forwarding services.
If we are unable to deliver to the address provided, we will contact you to discuss available options.
Shipping Delays
While we work to ship every order as quickly as possible, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:
- National holidays
- Severe weather
- Transportation disruptions
- Carrier delays
- Supply chain interruptions
If we become aware of a significant shipping delay affecting your order, we will notify you using the contact information provided during checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost during transit or arrives with significant shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date or the expected delivery date.
To help us investigate the issue, please include your order number and, when applicable, photos of the package and the damaged item. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Local Pickup
At this time, local pickup and local delivery are not available.
All orders are shipped through our designated shipping carrier.
