Refund policy
At Tecasto, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, or exchange in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused or only lightly used.
- Be returned in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and labels.
- Show no significant signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
Returns may be accepted for both buyer's remorse (such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind) and items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law:
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges within the same 30-day return period.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, model, or replacement due to a product issue, please contact our customer support before sending the item back. We will help you arrange the exchange based on product availability.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact our customer support by email and provide your order number along with a brief description of the reason for your return.
After your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide:
- A prepaid return shipping label.
- Return instructions.
- The appropriate return address.
Please do not send items back without first receiving return authorization, as this may delay processing.
Return Shipping Fees
Returns approved under this policy are free of charge.
Tecasto provides a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns. There are no return shipping charges, restocking fees, or other processing fees deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, such as a credit card, PayPal, or other eligible payment method.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Damaged or Lost Return Shipments
If your return package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us investigate the issue, please provide any available supporting information, such as the return tracking number, shipping receipt, or photos of the package if applicable. We will work with the shipping carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.
Partial Returns
If your order contains multiple items, you may return only the item(s) you no longer wish to keep, provided each returned item meets the eligibility requirements described in this policy.
